Denssi — Shipping Policy

Effective Date: 22 September 2025

This Shipping Policy sets out Denssi’s (“Denssi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) terms, procedures and legal commitments for
the shipment, delivery, returns and customs handling of orders placed on denssi.com. It is a company policy and
does not constitute legal advice. Where applicable consumer protection laws provide greater rights than stated
below, those laws will prevail.

Scope & Applicability

This Policy applies to all purchases from denssi.com. Denssi operates fulfilment warehouses in the United States
(USA), the United Kingdom (UK) and the European Union (EU). Orders shipping to addresses within those
territories will be dispatched from the relevant local warehouse unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Orders to
other countries will be dispatched from the nearest available Denssi warehouse (commonly the EU warehouse)
unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays in the operating warehouse country.
Typical processing times for stocked items are 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order or customised items: 3–7 business days.
If an item is not available in the local warehouse we may ship from an alternative regional warehouse; you will be notified at checkout and given the option to confirm.

Carriers, Tracking & Delivery Attempts

We use a mix of national postal services and global couriers. Tracking is provided where possible. Risk of loss
transfers to the buyer upon delivery unless agreed otherwise.

Delivery Times & Regions

USA (ships from USA): Standard 2–5 business days; Expedited 1–3. No customs duties.
UK (ships from UK): Standard 2–5 business days; Expedited 1–3. No customs duties.
EU (ships from EU): Standard 2–6 business days; Expedited 1–3. No customs duties for intra-EU.
UAE: Standard 5–12 business days; Expedited 2–5. Customs duties may apply.
Rest of World: Standard 7–15 business days; Expedited 3–7. Customs duties may
apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Domestic fulfilment (USA, UK, EU): no customs or duties. International fulfilment: customs duties, import
VAT/GST and brokerage fees may apply unless Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) is selected at checkout. EU: Denssi
may use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for consignments where applicable.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

EU & UK consumers: statutory right to cancel within 14 days, refund within 14 days of notice. US customers:
cancellations permitted before dispatch; FTC rules apply if shipping is delayed beyond 30 days. UAE & Rest of
World: local statutory rights apply. Refunds processed using the original payment method.

Lost, Damaged & Incorrect Deliveries

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with proof. Replacements or refunds will be provided at no
extra cost.

Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Duties/taxes must be paid when DDP is not purchased.
Proof of postage must be retained for returns.
